VRex has been making headway into the SE Asian market and has established offices at the Multi-Media Super Corridor in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, just outside of Kuala Lumpur. One of the highlights of the advance of business in Malaysia was an invitation by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr.Mahathir Mohamad, to present VRex's unique 3D technologies to his cabinet members. The demonstration included VRex’s award winning stereoscopic 3D animation and film pieces utilizing VRex 3D projection and flat panel display technology on October 4, 2003. VRex's patented Micropol™ technology was featured, showing the future of 3D flat panel displays. A live 3D camera feed was also shown to the cabinets members who were able to watch a live feed of the meeting in stereoscopic 3D.
