Setting Other Preferences
To set other preferences within DepthCharge, follow these simple steps:
- Move your mouse pointer over a DepthCharge image to bring up the Task Bar.
- Click on the DepthCharge logo in the Task Bar
to bring up the DepthCharge Menu (or right click on the image).
- Left click on the Preferences Option.
- Left click on the Option to change.
A description of the DepthCharge preferences are listed below.

Loop Video/Animation
|
When checked, DepthCharge will play videos over again when the end of the video is reached.

Automatically check for updates
|
When checked, DepthCharge will notify you when updates to DepthCharge are available.
|
|
Set Background Color...
|
This option allows you to set the background color used for Full Screen viewing and for the In Browser view.
|
|
Connect Speed
|
This optoin allows you to specify how you are connected up to the Internet:
- Unknown: This will allow DepthCharge to auto detect your connection and optimize it’s data packet sizes and screen updates.
- Modem: This will instruct DepthCharge that you are connected over a modem.
- Lan/Broadband: This will instruct DepthCharge to optimize downloads for high speed connections or local hard-drive connections.

Show GUI

This option allows you set how the DepthCharge Task Bar is displayed. There are three options:
- Auto: The task bar will appear when the cursor is over a DepthCharge image (recommended).
- Always: The task bar will always be visible.
- Never: The task bar will not be shown.
